To make Bubble Bliss the ultimate champagne destination in Paris, where every glass feels like a treat and every guest being a member of big champagne family.

Damien Dussac

When Damien joined us, we handed him a tiny kitchen and told him, “Just throw together a charcuterie plate and maybe a croque-monsieur in the microwave.” What did he do? He delivered us Michelin-level masterpieces instead. His ability to craft perfect gastronomic pairings with champagne, which is already an extremely tricky task, continues to blow our minds. We’re convinced there’s a secret portal in his kitchen, connecting him to the wisdom of all the world’s chefs and every piece of culinary equipment imaginable. Honestly, how else do you explain it? To this day, we have no idea where Damien learned his craft. Frankly, we’re too scared to ask. Judging by the magic he works on the plate, we suspect he trained with some kind of elite gastronomic special forces. Come taste his creations as each bite tells a story better than a thousand words.
